Does 2iC use AI?
No. 2iC is natural intelligence driven by tuned PPM rules developed through decades of project delivery experience. Organisations can choose to enable AI capabilities, identified as 2iC+, alongside those rules.
Can we bring our own AI model?
Yes. BYOM (Bring your own model) connects 2iC+ to a supported OpenAI-compatible endpoint for an in-house or commercial model you already use. Internally hosted models keep model processing in your enterprise environment; commercial connections follow your provider arrangements. Discuss connection requirements during your demo.
Do you charge per project?
No — pricing is based on the hierarchy tier you run (Programme, Portfolio or Enterprise), not a per-project or per-seat count within it.
Can we start at one portfolio and expand?
Yes. Start with a single program and its projects, then move up to a full portfolio or enterprise rollup as your PMO grows — the same schedule and register data carries across.
Who can change a RAG status?
Anyone with edit access at that tier can propose a status change, but 2iC PPM requires written commentary before it saves, so every change is attributed and justified.
